Coy & Wilma’s has six full hookup sites (30/50 amp) for monthly use. These are not Seasonal or Camp Living sites and do not allow for campers to install sheds, carports, decks, or other semi-permanent improvements. Our Flexible campsites can be rented for 1 to 12 months and and are all well equipped and COVERED! That is right – COVERED – by a 24′ x 40′ canopy to protect you and your camper from the elements at all times. Flexible Campsites are also equipped with with fire pits, picnic tables, and plenty of space to stretch out for any length of stay.

1 to 7 months is $700 p/m + utilities
8 to 11 months is $625 p/m + utilities
12 months is $500 per p/m + utilities
